In order to comply with HSE legislation, rebar end caps (also known as safety caps or mushroom caps) must be used on all potentially dangerous exposed rebar on site.
We stock brightly coloured (Green/Yellow) end caps to fit 6-16mm rebar and 16-32mm rebar. Caps are packaged in bags of 250 and are highly durable for prolonged exposure to the elements.

Rebar end caps are primarily used to prevent impalement arising from a trip or fall on-site. Exposed rebar is often difficult to spot, and presents an extreme hazard even from what may seem an insignificant trip or fall. Being unaware of unprotected rebar can also lead to damaged plant machinery, equipment or material packaging.
