Damp Proof Membrane
DPM Sheeting is used as a DPC (damp-proof course), which is designed to prevent moisture reaching a concrete slab.
Our BBA Approved 1200 gauge damp-proof sheeting measures 4m wide x 25m long. Each roll is enough to cover an area of 100m2.
Our 2000 Gauge damp-proof membrane, which is also BBA Approved, is supplied in 4m x 12.5m rolls and covers an area of 50m2
Our temporary polythene sheeting is 200 Gauge.
Damp proof membranes are laid underneath concrete slabs, and sealed using good quality tape to walls and other intrusions (such as pipes) before concrete is laid.
If left untreated, damp can cause serious issues during construction and following the completion of projects. Don't make the mistake of leaving out simple and affordable protection against known issues.
